FSG Academy 20251025 - ZEISS in Oberkochen
The yearly FSG academy event offering support and information to Formula Student teams will be held on 25th Oktober 2025 at ZEISS Forum in Oberkochen.
Experienced Formula Student participants and industrial professionals will provide in depth information and address a wide array of Formula Student specific issues concerning technical as well as organizational issues. Again, a round table meeting will be offered by Formula Student Germany officials to all team captains in order to discuss organizational issues and 2025 team feedback.
Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to gain new knowledge, meet Formula Student experts and get to know experienced as well as newly founded teams. The workshop language will be English.

Academy Registration for this workshop works as follows:
- Registration on this page can be done by any active team member. The academy-settings page (team area => academy tab) can be accessed by the captains only.
- Every team can register for the academy on this page, starting on Monday 2025-09-29 13:00 CEST.
- Until Monday 2025-10-06 13:00 CEST 5 participants can be registered per team, afterwards there is no limit per team (max. 200 participants).
- The remaining spaces can be booked on the academy-settings page on a first-come, first-served basis at the same price of 21.00 EUR + VAT.
- The registration fee is not refundable, as always.
- Registration ends on Monday 2025-10-20 13:00 CEST.
- The allocation of team members can be changed until Monday 2025-10-20 13:00 CEST.
- The livestream via YouTube is free of charge for everyone. But if you want to participate via Slido, you have to buy a space for the online version, since the number in Slido is limited.

Academy for ONLINE participation via Slido
As we have had very good experiences with Slido in the last workshops, we would like to offer this possibility to actively participate as well at this workshop, especially to the participants with too long travel distances. Via Slido we will bundle the questions on site and online in addition to the normal questions from the audience. Registration and payment for the online-only version will take place separately for organisational reasons on this subpage.
At Slido, you will only be able to login with an @formulastudent.de email. We will therefore set up a forwarding email for all registered participants to their own email the day before: {FSGuserID}@formulastudent.de => your mail.
