Info
RaceUP Team from University of Padua is at its 7th participation in Formula Student events. This year's car is developed from 2011 one, thus allowing a deeper analysis and study of components and performances. It resulted in a stiffer frame and a more ergonomic car. The overall drivability is enhanced thanks to new housing of the clutch, behind the steering wheel, and the lighter paddles.

Info
The RaceUP Team from the University of Padova is at its sixth year involvement in the Formula Studentworld. Like two years ago, the team decided to build a totally new car in order to improve the good solutionsand correct the bad ones adopted in the past years of competitions. At the same time the team used the lastyear car to collect useful informations about those aspects of the dynamic behavior that hardly can be foundusing simulations only. The main aim for this year was to make a race car, i.e. a simply, efficient, lightweightand reliable car. To reach these goals a significant design effort has been made, in order to lower the totalnumber of parts as well as their weight. This philosophy has been transferred to each subsystem design.Main features are a redesigned stiffer frame, a new suspension system designed to eliminate understeering behaviours, a more powerful engine, an improved drivetrain system with clutch pack limited slip differential and an aggressive bodywork.

Ciao! We are the Race Up Team, from Padova, Italy! We are a team at its forth year of experience at the second time here in the Hockenheimring! Our car MG0308 (number 85) is a brand new one, with a new frame complying to the rules, new brake system with floating discs and light solutions in every part of the vehicle. In designing it a particular importance has been given to a data acquisition campaign to pertain loads in multiple stress conditions for better dimensioning the suspension system, and the ergonomic design of the cockpit has been carefully studied. In our team we are about 40 people, with different skills, working everyday together with one heart and one goal! Our secret: trust in each other and, above all, PASSION! Thanks to our sponsor and supporter, without them our work would be pointless and impossible! Race UP team is looking forward to meet new friends: our car is the number 85!Come and visit us in our box or at our website: www.raceup.net! MIND THE SHARK!!!

Info
Ciao! We are the Race UP Team, from University of Padova, Italy. This is our first time out of our country and we are so proud about that. Our car MG0308 (number 16) is the evolution of the previous one, with an almost totally modified frame to increase torsional stiffness, a new brake system and lighter solutions in every part of the vehicle. As far as design concerns, we focused on the importance of data acquisition campaign to pertain loads in multiple stress conditions, in order to better dimension the suspension system; the cockpit has been designed following ergonomic solutions. Our 3 years old team is made of around 20 people with different skills - we work together everyday with one heart and one goal! Our secret is: trusting in each other and, above all, PASSION! We’d love to thank our sponsors and supporters: without them our work would be pointless and impossible. Race UP team is looking forward to meet new friends – come ad visit at www.raceup.net!
