Team Description

Founded in 2012 Bremergy established itself as the biggest students' group on the university campus. Today we are a team of over 50 highly motivated students and cooperate with 13 research institutes with a mere focus on Fibre Reinforced Plastics, electrical driving systems and mechanical construction. The aims of our team are to design a lightweight, innovative and high performing race car. Therefore Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastics (CFRP) are a key technology on our design.

The BreMo25 is the second step in a three-year plan spanning the years 2024 to 2026. Following the introduction of new key technologies last year, the focus this year is on refining the vehicle concept. Significant changes have been made in the areas of driver ergonomics and suspension kinematics. In addition, the introduction of new manufacturing methods is helping to save weight, but above all to expand the team's knowledge and experience, which can be used in the coming years.

Bremergy is the Formula Student team of the university of Bremen, founded in 2012. With the BreMo 18 we wanted to start a new era of the team. Reviewing the past seasons, we started to create a wholly new car concept. Even the limited possibilities we had to face in several situations, couldn´t stop us from building an eye-catching and powerful electric racecar. No doubt, the BreMo 18 is the best car we have ever created. Don´t believe us? Then convince yourself!

Bremergy was founded in 2012 and is meanwhile made up of around 70 students from several different studies at the University of Bremen. The BreMo17 is the 4th car we built for the Formula Student Electric. We redesigned and improved the electronical system, to make it safer and more reliable. Additionally minor mechanical parts were exchanged and enhanced. We learned a lot from the last year and with this knowledge the team is looking forward to a great FSG event 2017.
