Team Description

In the years 2011, 2012 and 2013.the Formulastudent Electric team in Regensburg was listed under the name Regenics e.V.

In season 2019 Dynamics e.V. started to build electric cars in Regensburg in addition to their combustion car.

Since 2020, Dynamics e.V. only builds electric cars.

Established in 2007, Dynamics e.V. shifted to electric racing in 2019. The RP26e — our seventh electric and fifth autonomous vehicle — puts reliability first. Following last season's DNFs, the team resolved motor overheating, reworked the cooling circuit, and remanufactured critical drivetrain components. Combined with a matured autonomous pipeline, the RP26e is built to finish — and to score.

The regenics Formula Student Electric Team of the University of Applied Sciences (UAS) in Regensburg was founded in 2010 by the experienced team members out of the Formula Student Combustion Team at the UAS Regensburg. We are very proud to integrate over 50 members from nearly all faculties of the university in one team. Every team member is part of a subteam and has clearly defined tasks for which he is fully responsible. This season we will participate the second time in the competition and we have learned from the past difficulties. One technical highlight of our 'RP12e' is the monocoque and the lithium polymer batteries which provide the lightness of our car. An additional advantage of the monocoque is an enhanced safety for the driver. Due to the two water-cooled, permanent exited synchronous motors we can gain a peak torque of more than 500 Nm per wheel controlled by a self-build ECU. We are looking forward to meet the other teams and to have a great competition!
