Since the foundation of TMM in 2006, it has become a meeting point for motivated students from all faculties of the university, from Engineering to Media. They are all interested in motor-racing and follow the common aim in every season: a successful participation at the Formula Student competition. Going forward together, learning from each other, supporting one another. That´s just the strength of our team: Around 40 people from various courses with so many different mentalities and approches make up the team and provide many opportunities for new and unusual solutions and ways.

Getting forward together – learning from each other – aiding one another. That’s just the strength of our team: Around 50 people of various study courses with so many different mindsets and approaches give the team as a whole the opportunities for new and unusual solutions and ways. TMM – a young dynamic team with capability. With the building of a racing car we tie in with the tradition and with famous graduates of our university such as August Horch, the founder of AUDI. At this year’s FSG it’s our second attendance and we have used the huge experience of the first time. And now it’s a new year, a new car, a new chance! We proudly present Touro our “little black bull with golden horns”!>>> Propulsion made in Mittweida.

In 2007 influenced by the spirit of famous automotive pioneers who studied at the University of Applied Science Mittweida once, a group of dynamic and highly motivated students came together in order to put themselves and there skills to the test, by facing the challenge of automotive engineering at this old-established university. Thenceforward the team has undertaken every effort to realise there ideas and visions. The will to prove the ability to compete with other collegiate racing teams from all over the world is reflected by the vehicle which is based on three main design objectives: safety, reliability and maintenance convenience. These aspects incorporate various innovative and seminal elements under consideration of the required regulations, thus building an excellent foundation for the upcoming event. So are you curious how the symbiosis of these objectives looks like? Then we would be pleased to welcome you in our pit at the Hockenheimring or at www.tm-motorsport.net.
