The yearly FSG academy event offering support and information to Formula Student teams will be held on Saturday 7th November 2026 at Helsing in Munich.

Experienced Formula Student participants and industrial professionals will provide in depth information and address a wide array of Formula Student specific issues concerning technical as well as organizational issues. Again, a round table meeting will be offered by Formula Student Germany officials to all team captains in order to discuss organizational issues and 2026 team feedback.

Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to gain new knowledge, meet Formula Student experts and get to know experienced as well as newly founded teams. The workshop language will be English.

Academy Registration Rules for Participants at Helsing

Academy Registration for this workshop works as follows:

  1. Registration on this page can be done by any active team member. The academy-settings page (team area => academy tab) can be accessed by the captains only.
  2. Every team can register for the academy on this page, starting on Saturday 2026-10-03 13:00 CEST.
  3. Until Saturday 2026-10-10 13:00 CEST 5 participants can be registered per team, afterwards there is no limit per team (max. 250 participants).
  4. The remaining spaces can be booked on the academy-settings page on a first-come, first-served basis at the same price of 21.01 EUR + VAT.
  5. The registration fee is not refundable, as always.
  6. Registration ends on Saturday 2026-10-31 13:00 CET.
  7. The allocation of team members can be changed until Saturday 2026-10-31 13:00 CET.
