Firenze Race Team was the first italian team to partecipate in a Formula Student competition in 2002. The team regularly participates in european FSAE competitions in combustion class, in 2015 was the 3rd italian team and il 2016 was the 1st italian team. In 2017 the Florence Univerity's team decided to partecipate at the driverless competition. the most interesting features of FRT car are our semiactive differential and our kalman filter and predictive control for the autonomus system.
