Team Description
The Herkules Racing Team was founded in 2009 and participates with good success in the combustion class in various Formula Student events since 2011.
Our first electrical-driven car was born in 2018. We decided to change from a steel tube chassis to a full carbon monocoque and four-wheel drive.
For the 25/26 season, we are 25 students from different specializations, working on the project in interdisciplinary groups.
This season, we have decided to make it a two-year season. We are looking forward to a great season and the upcoming FS events in 2027!

Rebuild, reuse and reimagine are the keywords for 2023. A solid and reliable racing car is the goal of our season. Due to many problems with the switch from combustion to electric power, we decided to recycle some parts from the last year’s car and focus on the parts that cause problems. In addition to our wooden wings, we use 100% biodegradable 3D printed parts for the aerodynamic package. Thanks to all our sponsors who supported us.

After 8 petrol-driven years, the Herkules Racing Team switches to electric drive this season. Under the watchful eye of Herkules and with our hardworking 25-strong team, we have put a completely new concept on the road. Our 2019 race car is called ‚Aiolos‘; the god of winds. On the track, we will show you more than just hot air, can’t wait to meet you at our pit and look forward to an exciting competition.
