We are Blue Flash, a team of 38 students from HAWK Göttingen. Our main goal this year was to optimise our processes and structures in order to build a high-quality, reliable vehicle that combines functionality with performance. This includes a new frame, revisions to our driver cockpit and aerodynamics, and an improved driverless system. We are ready to show what our newest family member, the E_HAWK25, can do on the race track.

We are Blue Flash Mobility Concepts from Göttingen. We are 45 Students driven by the motivation to get involved beyond our studies and to gain experience that no lecture can offer. At our sixth consecutive FSG Event we compete with the E_HAWK22, our sixth racecar overall and the first with autonomous capabilities. With our new Roll-Heave decoupled Suspension we extend the limits of our previously used concepts. We are not just any student project - we turn Students into Engineers!

Blue Flash was originally known for implementing a low voltage tractive system within the formula student. Since then we have switched to a high voltage system, but still focus on building an especially safe and reliable vehicle. Also, all our cars weigh below 200kg as we continue to develop lightweight and simple solutions. A specialty of this year's eHAWK20B is that we used the extra year of development time to upgrade our drivetrain by combining a gearbox with a differential.

Blue Flash is known to be the pioneer in low voltage technology within the formula student competition. An interesting fact is that all cars of the team history weight below 200kg. The Team goal is to build an especially safe but also competitive vehicle. For the 2019 competition the team designed the E_HAWK19 with the focus on lightweight solutions. In addition, the vehicle is as simple as possible to be as reliable as possible. We are looking forward to exciting days at FSG 2019.

In 2017 the team built an exceptionally safe vehicle. For the E_HAWK18 this unique design was refined and paired with more reliability and increased power. Blue Flash Mobility Concepts is a new and unique team founded in 2015 by the technical faculty of the HAWK in Goettingen. The E_Hawk16, our first team car, is designed to be the lightest first year car since the beginning of the competition. It will weight only about 199 kilos. The unique part of this car is the safety concept, which includes driver-optimized ergonomics and the low voltage concept (tractive system voltage below 60V DC)
