Statics were on! All Teams presented their Vehicle Designs, Cost Breakdowns, and Business Plan Pitches to score valueable points towards the total score.
On track, the Driverless SkidPad kicked off with some seriously quick times already on the board. The big question: can the next runs push the limits even further?
But the true goosebump moment of the day was the Crazy 20 celebration: marking 20 years of FSG with a spectacular parade, tons of fun, and a light show that lit up the arena. A once-in-a-lifetime atmosphere that left everyone buzzing – simply unforgettable! ✨
Friday kept the pace high from the start: the EV Cost Finals opened the day with excellent team presentations. From there, the action didn’t stop – the track saw DV Acceleration, MV SkidPad, MV Acceleration, and DV Autocross, keeping marshals and fans on their toes while drivers (both human and virtual) pushed hard.
As the day closed, the finalists for the EV Engineering Design Finals once again proved their knowledge to the judges – congrats to all teams who showcased such top-notch engineering!
