The annual FSG Academy will take place on October 25th, 2025, at ZEISS in Oberkochen, Germany, within the ZEISS Forum. This workshop is designed specifically for Formula Student teams, with attendance limited to 200 participants.
Event Objectives
The workshop provides comprehensive support and technical insights for Formula Student teams through:
- Technical presentations by industry professionals and experienced Formula Student alumni
- In-depth coverage of technical and organizational aspects of Formula Student competitions
- Professional networking opportunities with industry experts and peer teams
- Dedicated round table session for team captains with Formula Student Germany officials
New Feature: Panel Discussion
This year introduces a panel discussion format allowing participants to contribute to key topics shaping the competition. Topic submissions are being collected at https://fsg.one/panel-discussion-topics until Friday, October 3rd, 22:00 CEST.
Applications for on-stage participation are accepted through a separate form at https://fsg.one/panel-discussion-participation. Selected participants will join curated sessions with opposing viewpoints from fellow teams and FSG officials, moderated by experienced hosts. Final participant selection will be announced on Monday, October 6th.

Attendance Options
Both in-person and virtual attendance are available. All presentations and panel discussions will be live-streamed with interactive Q&A through Slido for remote participants.
Note: The Round Table meeting remains exclusive to in-person attendees. This closed session will not be recorded or streamed, providing direct access to Formula Student Germany officials for team captains.
