Visa application and letter of invitation

The FSG Executive Committee would like to point out the following: teams that need a letter of invitation in order to receive their Visa for FSG 2011, will have to make this known to Ms Ehrenreich before May 1^st. Additionally, these teams must have filled in their passport data before May 1^st.
In the case you need your visa before the middle of May, please contact Ms Ehrenreich as soon possible.

It is a team's own responsibility to make all necessary arrangements for visa application. The FSG Executive Committee cannot be held responsible in any way for too late or rejected visa applications.
