Scrutineering Quiz
This year a new entrance and scrutineering procedure is introduced for FSG, addressing last year's feedback. The new procedure will help to avoid excessively long waiting times for entering the pit lane and scrutineering.
A quiz similar to the registration quiz will determine the running order. The quickest team to answer all questions correctly will be the first in line. This quiz will take place on Wednesday July 21st, 12:00 CEST.
The results of the quiz and thus the running order for pit entrance and scrutineering, will be published on Wednesday, 4th of August, 8:30 CEST at the Ticket Office. More information on the scrutineering order quiz can be found here.
The parking situation will be new as well. With the introduction of FSC and FSE, FSG will host more teams than ever before. Therefore, trucks can no longer be parked directly in front of the pits but will have to be placed on the "Querspange" instead (on the other side of the race track behind the dynamic area). When entering the pits on Wednesday, there will be half an hour for each team to unload the truck in front of the pits and then park it on the Querspange. There the trucks will be accessible at all times. During and after the event, the teams will have to transport all their equipment between the pits and trucks by foot, since the trucks will not be allowed to enter the pits anymore after unloading on Wednesday.
