FSE technical rules for 2011 online

The technical rules for FSE 2011 are now available online. They can be found under the rules section on the FSE website.
The 2011 FSE rules are a major revision of the 2010 FSE rules. Therefore, it is recommended to read them carefully.
The technical part will be completed with the organizational part of the rules shortly.
