All 78 places for FSG 2009 are booked

Only 8 seconds (!) after opening regular registration all available places were booked. 38 German and 40 international teams from 19 nations have successfully registered for the 2009 Formula Student Germany Event.

Altogether, 116 teams participated in the run on the 78 available places. The 38 teams which could not reserve one of the starting grids are on the waiting list and will follow on in case of team withdrawal.

By using a separate registration server and limiting the access to 3 team captains per team at a time we provided the same good conditions for all teams. Nevertheless, registration can be nothing else than a kind of lottery with 300 persons starting to click in the exact same moment. We feel sorry for all interested teams that could not register successfully and would be glad if you try again for next year’s competition.
