After yesterday’s Award Ceremony Part I most static events are over and every team is now eager to do well during the dynamic events, which can be observed from the grand stands.

First is Acceleration from 8:30-12:30. It takes place on the famous Hockenheimring start-finish line. In this discipline the cars accelerate over a distance of 75 metres.

After a lunch break the Autocross will take place this afternoon from 14:00-20:00. And the Coursewalk for this will take place from 13:30-13:50. In the autocross discipline, the racecars drive on a course of about 1 km on the dynamic area. The challenge of this track through straights and curves focuses on handling qualities and driving dynamics.
The results of the Autocross determine the starting order for the Endurance event which will take place all day on Sunday.
