Registration
Registration forms will be accepted in the order icn which they are received, starting February 1, 2007 at 12:00 GMT (13:00 CET!) and ending on April 30, 2007 12:00 GMT or when the 54 cars registration limit is reached. Registration will be online at the FSG Website: Registration.
Registration Fee: Euro 500,-
The registration fee of 500 Euros includes 15 team members. Every further team member can be registered for 20 Euros.
Early Registration for Oversea Teams
15 slots will be available for Oversea Teams one week before official registration will starts. These 15 slots will split in 3 regions.
North America – 5 Slots
Australasia and Asia – 5 Slots
Rest of the world beside Europe – 5 Slots
Registrations will be accepted in the order in which they are received starting Thursday January 25th, 2007 at 12:00 GMT and ending on 1st of February 2007 11:59 GMT or when 15 teams have registered, whichever occurs first. The registration fee must be paid on-line by PayPal System within 72 hours after registration. Registration fees may not be paid by any other means. Registration fees are not refundable. There is no late registration and there are no exceptions to this registration policy.
Registration is a “one click” System. Your team must be registered on the FSG Website. This can be done before registration will start.

If all 5 Early Registration Slots are full for one region, the teams can register when official registration will start on 1st of February. All slots which will not used by oversea teams will be available for all teams on the 1st of February.

Impact Attenuator Data

Design Report and Design Spec Sheet

until June 1st 2007 (=> MyTeam => Events => Deadlines).
Late submission will be penalised in accordance to rule 4.5.6. .
Cost Report
The Cost Report must be sent to to the following address by June 16th 2007.
Upload (=> MyTeam => Events => Deadlines) of an electronic copy of the Bill of Materials (BOM) is a required addition to the hardcopy being sent in! This is expected as an Excel file.
The File and Hardcopy must be received by the deadline!

Fuel Type Order

Health Insurance Certificate
Collect and scan all health insurance certificates of the event participants and upload them as a multiple page PDF by August 1st, 2007 (=> MyTeam => Events => Deadlines).
