You can register your team for the 2008 Event from the 1st of February 2008 1300 CET. An early registration is possible for up to 20 international teams from the 21st of January 1300 CET to the 30th of January 1300 CET. 

Please note:

1. Please make sure all team members have carefully read and understood the rules. During registration you have to agree to the event rules of Formula Student Germany 2008.
   
   
2. The first step is entering the desired car number on this page (two digits only!). Car numbers 1 to 10 are reserved for the teams who achieved these positions in the event the year before.
   
   
3. Then you have 72 hours to transfer the registration fee of 500 Euros via PayPal . You'll need 500 Euros on your PayPal account or a valid credit card and a verified account. The verification process takes up to one week to complete! PayPal-payments made by direct debit are not allowed on this site. The team is registered for the 2008 competition when the due amount arrives.
   
   
4. Event registration can be done by any team member.
   
   
5. The registration fee of 500 Euros includes 15 team members. Every further team member can be registered for 20 Euros. Participants can only be registered by the Team Captain until the 1st of July 2008.
   
   
6. Team members can only be selected as participants if they have entered the following personal information in their user profiles:
   
   • Personal Address (required for insurance)
   • ZIP code (required for insurance)
   • City (required for insurance)
   • Clothing size (required for Event T-Shirts)
   • FISITA organisation
   • FISITA organisation member number
   • Emergency contact person (parents e.g.)
   • Emergency contact phone (parents e.g.)
     
     
7. Every participating team member must provide membership number of one of the FISITA engineering societies to the registration form on the FSG website. The German teams must give their VDI membership number:

8. Registration is possible until the 30th of April 2008 or until the limit of 64 teams is reached, whichever occurs first. Further teams can enter a waiting list until the 30th of April. Teams on this list can register until the 1st of July 2008 assuming a previously registered team withdraws from the event. Nevertheless, all teams have to meet all relevant deadlines.
   
   
9. If the registration fee hasn’t arrived via PayPal 72 hours after entering the desired car number the registration will be deleted.
   
   
10. Withdrawal at a later date is possible in order to give waiting teams a place in the event. The registration fee, however, will not be refunded.
